When you wake up, please resist the urge to pick up your phone. Sit up in bed or lay down with your eyes open. Take a couple deep breaths. Then repeat your chosen mantra slowly, either within your mind or out loud.
It’s important to note, that as you say it you should also try to feel it. Imagine moving through your day with that exact energy. Let it settle into your body with ease.
That’s it.

The thing I’ve noticed most about this practice is not that it makes every day perfect. It allows me to pause.
